Each of our products is specifically personalized and custom made just for you.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES will be accepted unless there is an error made by me or the item arrives damaged.

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving it.  I will do my best to resolve the issue.  If there is an error on my part, I will promptly correct the issue.
